Definitely not a fan of the service division and their follow up. This company installed flooring in our space about 9 years ago. We have some issues with cracking tile. WE REALIZE WARRANTY IS DONE, we just want help and will pay. We made an initial call and the reception forwarded us to voice mail. One week later no response. We called again and the same however this time we called the next day. Finally someone returned our call and scheduled a visit...progress. The gentleman in their service division came out and looked at the work. He said he'd get with his installer and get us some ideas. They never called back!
Needless to say we PAID someone else to help us and they did fine work. Was it that Carpets Plus was "afraid" that we were going to argue warranty issue. Come on it has been 9 years and we just want some help. We get it. Oh well, lost business and lost recommendation for future work.
