  • This is my second time to this establishment and both times left a very negative impression! I understand it gets busy because this is a popular ice cream hotspot, but everybody was a child at one point and if you were ever in the kitchen with your Mom she probably taught you how to clean as you go... Definitely not the case here! There are certain items that can be brought out like whipped cream, but there is a reason why a fridge is right below the counter, it goes right back in there! The floor was littered with gloves, napkins and all kinds of junk... I honestly thought about walking out and going elsewhere, there is a Dairy Queen literally about a mile away! The end result of my treat was very good, but unfortunately it does not help the score much... Please get with the program and get some structure or retraining!
