I ordered my glass door 6/1/2016. It is 10/30/2016 and I still do not have a glass door installed. First off they collected 100% of the money for the job. Then scheduled my install for a reasonable date from the order. I took off work for the install. That morning they called to let me know that they were not able to get the parts needed for my job. They offered a different finish which would not go with my decor as well so I told them I would wait. After waiting for more than 60-days, I contacted them and basically figured out they had forgotten me. They said they could get the hardware and then called back to let me know they lost the door so would have to reorder it. Finally they brought the door out 2 weeks ago and then could not install it for some reason (wrong hardware or some such thing) so now it is just sitting against a wall in my house. I assume I will have to continue to contact them until the job is done but we are at 5 months for a single door and they have had my money the entire time. Poor performance and terrible customer service.
