I visited Harbour Nails for a shellac change on a Tuesday afternoon. I had not made an appointment so had no concern waiting, however, I was a bit annoyed after waiting half an hour when I had said I could come back at a less busy time. I was then moved from one person to another due to different abilities and the third lady did my nails. After 3 days the shellac (a bio gel?) had chipped on a nail, so I returned and had it fixed for no cost. I appreciated this and arranged a pedicure. When I had my pedicure (a week after having my fingernails done) I also had to have another nail repaired as it had chipped as well. The pedicure was lovely and well done. Despite that, when I took my shoes off that evening the polish (bio gel shellac) on the big toe had already chipped! Once again I went back and had this fixed.
It is now nine days after having my fingernails done and the polish is badly chipped on two nails. I do not use my hands heavily and work in an office! I am annoyed because it is time consuming having to return so frequently, therefore I am going to attend another salon from hereon. Shellac generally lasts for 3 weeks on my nails without chipping, so I'm not sure what's happening with this product!
