  • I've never had a bad experience at a Panera before. But the service at this one is incredibly slow and many staff members are rude. We also ordered at a kiosk and then were told half the food we ordered was unavailable. After that we waited over twenty minutes for the food. And the order was still incomplete. I will not return to this location.
