  • I wanted to take the time to submit an updated review for Vistara whom is currently managed by Olympus Properties. When Olympus first took over, replacing Mark Taylor, they were a mess. You weren't able to get ahold of courtesy patrol unless you called Redstone, grounds weren't being kept, dog bags were always empty, no events were being planned. I'm sure if you read some of the older reviews you will notice the complaints. You can disregard all those complaints because things have definitely changed for the better! Even though we had several issues when Olympus first took over, the staff in the office have been so kind since day 1. Especially Holly! They were very reassuring that things would change and that its just taking them time to re-adjust to the new complex. They held true to their word which as a resident, I really appreciate. Grounds are beautiful and they have been power-washing the hallways! I haven't had any issues with not having access to dog bags, they are always full now. You can quickly be connected to Bruno our courtesy patrol guy at any time (he is awesome by the way and very professional). They are constantly hosting fun events and keeping the residents updated. One thing I love that is different from the previous Mark Taylor management, is that they actually send their residents text messages letting them know of any issues going on in the complex (ex: pool heaters were down) and they also text you any events that are coming up. You receive emails as well! The texting feature makes it very convenient to stay up to date on Vistara! They have been very timely when it comes to personal maintenance within your apartment and also any maintenance issues occurring on the grounds. From my experience they have fixed any issues the day of or the next day at the latest. Holly has also been very helpful when I had some issues with receiving a package. Another thing I want to point out is that there are some really great and friendly residents here. I have zero complaints now and am a very happy resident! Highly recommend Vistara!
