  • Well today is the biggest fail in the history of screenings at rave/amc. There was over 200 kids with parents turned away. When a groupe of over 300 was invited from the LVPD. And yes they all showed. And yes the whole line was turned away. Over 200 crying kids and parents was this the theaters falt as far as line management yes the rest is the screening company. This screening should be keeped privet. This is not about the movie. It is about Customer service and in a city that runs on Customer service this is a FAIL.
