  • Updated: After being contacted by the owner, I decided to follow through with a hair appointment. Nada is so sweet and I really enjoyed my haircut. She was apologetic about the mishap during my last visit. She was patient and kind when I tried to explain what I was looking for in a hair cut. I loved the products she used on my hair, and purchased some oil that smells amazing! My hair feels and looks great. I am amazed by how graceful and professional this business handled my issue. Thank you. My appointment was at 12:30. I showed up at 11:45 for a manicure. The lady who did my nails was nice, but I was not impressed with the manicure I received. I keep very short nails and needed the dry cuticles taken care of...they weren't. After my nails I waited for my hair appointment. I waited 40 minutes. No one acknowledged the fact that I had to wait, or even apologized for the inconvenience. I paid, and left. No one cared. Won't be back. Terrible service.
