Looks like this will be a repeat review since most everyone reviewing has the same input I do. I lived here and a fire broke out which resulted in losing every single thing I own (with the exception of some pots and pans). Residents sat outside the complex until around 3 in the morning and not a single person from Greystar/Capri came to check on their residents or be around for support. The office the next day was a zoo because the entire building of people and pets were displaced. I lived out of a hotel with a trash bag for a week because I had nothing. It was all ruined from the fire. Was hoping (unsure why now that I look back) to move into a 2 bedroom but pay what I was for the 1 bedroom due to losing EVERYTHING. However, this was shot down immediately and I was offered a studio instead... a studio? Anyway, don't waste your time and money. You'll find something in the Arcadia area that's WAY nicer for the same amount of money with management who care about their residents.
