  • Wait time for both the line and the food seemed shorter. We came on a Wednesday at noon and I lucked out and only had to wait about 30 mins in line. It's unfortunate that long times would affect ones experience at the Oyster Bar because the food really does stand out. Both of us had the combo pan roast and this time everything tasted fresh and it was just as delicious as I remembered it from last year. The oysters were also super fresh and so delicious. I thank the Twin all the time for finding this place. Every visit to Vegas will include a stop here for me in the future.
