  • On May 11th I went to the 7:30 pm show for my bachelorette party. As the bride I was very excited to see the show! Starting out we bought 10 total tickets to the show for bridesmaids. As the date approached some girls had to drop out for various reasons. So when we arrived in Vegas we only had 7 girls with us. My maid of honor called Ticketmaster about resealing tickets we were told that we were allowed to resale so we posted the three tickets on Vivid seats. Two tickets were purchased the day before the show. Fast forward to the night before the show and we go to the box office and get our tickets printed. We were told that we weren't allowed to resale tickets and the two girls that purchased are tickets would not get it in! We were very upset and felt bad. We begged the lady at the box office to please let them in when they got there. She wasn't very nice to us and said it's not her problem and she's not responsible for the other girls getting in. She took us to a manager. He offered to take the two tickets and promised to let the girls in. Fast forward to today: my maid of honor gets a call from vivid seats stating that the girls who bought the tickets were not allowed in and that we would be charged a fee for trying to sale fraudulent tickets! We are shocked that we were told the girls would be allowed in. We feel lied to and just feel disgusted by the Magic Mike/Hard rock Hotel box office workers and management. They really put a bad taste in my mouth and ruined my bachelorette party. This needs to be made right with us as we have many connections to Vegas and will not be sending business their way. They are many other male dancing shows we could have picked. I do want to say that the dancers/actors/and waiters at the show do get 5 stars! They honestly were great and very nice. But I wouldn't suggest staying at the hard rock hotel or having to try and deal with the box office for magic mike live.
