I had an appointment at Las Vegas oral surgery on July 27 for a exam x-rays and cleaning. I waited an hour without being called so when I inquired at the reception desk about the wait time she explained that they were behind that day and very busy so I asked her to reschedule me. When I return on August 3 for my 2nd appointment they did not have me in the system and had to reschedule me again. I was given an appointment for August 16. On August 10, ALICIA called to inform me that she could get me in sooner on Saturday, August 13 and that I would be sure to have the exam x-rays and cleaning. When I showed up on August 13, their worlds a different reception crew working the desk, and again they did not have me in the system. With this type of inadequate service at the front desk, I don't dare risk anyone there working on my teeth.
