rev:text	Awful!!! I was shown a beautiful apartment with upgrades, we moved in and it was a disaster!! It looked like the only thing they did was clean the carpets. The upgrades were NOTHING like the model. They promised the things that needed to be done would be done within a week. 3 months later...still weren't done! Then a new company took over, and even worse! Alice at the front desk is extremely unfriendly and rude! I went in to tell them my shower door was broken and Alice didn't even put the maintenance order in. I had to go in again 5 days later and they said there is nothing in the system. They fixed things only for them to break again shortly after. Parking is awful! No assigned spots, even if you don't have a parking tag, you can park in the covered spots and nothing will be done. But! The apartment complex is quick to throw up a violation on your door for stupid things, such as, WHEN ITS NICE outside, we want our front door open, however we have dogs so we put up a baby gate so they don't get out, apparently that's a violation?? Wow, stupid! It's a baby gate. Weird thing is, we haven't had it up in over a month because it's too hot outside, and I just now get a violation?? LOL, I recommend you look elsewhere!!!
