  • SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!! I went here on 2/29/16 and got a written estimate for $575 a month. They told me to come back on 3/7/16 because the apartment wouldn't be ready and they would honor the $575 a month. They then tell me the apartment would cost $665 a month because they had to put new carpet in it. I showed them the written estimate attached below. They wouldn't honor it. Why is it my responsibility? As I was leaving I was I witnessed a drug deal taking place in the laundry room. DON'T RENT HERE!!
