  • Horrible customer service. If I had to choose between buying fish from here and fish from Walmart, I'd go to Walmart. At least their customer service is on point. My girlfriend had bought a $7.00 Angel last week. It died in our tank a few days ago, which I could only assume is from depression since we have 2 tanks full of lively fish. We drove 20 miles across town to return the fish in hopes of getting at least store credit. Instead, the guy just looked at us like we were stupid. We told him that the other worker on the phone didn't mention anything about a water sample, but he insisted on us driving back 20 miles to pick up a measly 3oz water sample and driving 20 miles back for $7.00 store credit. The fuck? To the fat, bald, white dude behind the counter: I hope you get a new Hobbie instead of ruining girls' days. Edit: I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.
