  • John and his team have really opened my eyes to what I have been missing out on. John's professionalism and care have gone above and beyond what I had come to expect from a mortgage broker. John took time out of his day to meet and get to know me without me having to request a meeting. I honestly didn't understand why he was so intent on meeting me in person until we talked. He showed me the importance of getting to know his clients and understand their needs so he can personalize the experience. John is genuine and passionate about what he does and truly cares about his customers and his company. This is not your average mortgage company and I will be referring my friends and family. Other brokerages I have worked with don't even come close to what Pinnacle Capital has to offer.
