  • I was recommended to these guys through Restoration Affiliates. My elderly friend was out of town for the weekend and when she came home to a flood, she figured that I would know what to do. According to her, the water supply line broke and the water ran for two days, affecting 6 rooms, soaking the carpets and hardwood floors. She was hysterical, not in a good way. Jim and his crew were out there an hour after I called, calmed her down and got to work. Everything was covered by insurance and she was able to stay up stairs while they dried the down stairs. The reconstruction went well, much to all our surprise. She is happy and asked me to do something nice for "those nice men". Done.
