  • Had a 75 gallon residential hot water heater go. I checked with several other providers and MC's reasonable price plus their high rating on Angie's List were the deciding factors in selecting them. Mark at MC plumbing and his son, Patrick came out and handled the installation. It took them a few hours and there were a couple of delays but Mark put great effort into making sure I was happy (like letting me clean up the mold that was underneath the old board supporting the hot water heater before putting down a new board). Mark consulted on a couple of other plumbing questions while he was here at no additional charge as well. Mark also pulled a permit from the City for the installation and dropped off the form the next business day as requested.
