  • Horrible service!!! I swear these people will not lift a finger to help you. I went in to get a 3 month account banking history and asked if I could have them fax it to my mortgage broker. There was a fax machine behind the lady that no one was using and she just refused to do it. Like seriously??? Unbelievable, a monkey could do a better job. It was 100% banking related, wasnt like i was asking her to fax random personal documents. If you just need your basic banking done it's fine but if you think someone will go out of their way to help you, you've got the wrong company!!!! No customer service here.
