Parents beware. Do not take your kids to this place. The very first phone call was great! The office manager/front ofc lady actually answered the phone live and was helpful and got us in on a cancellation. Then it went south from there. On our first visit, the first thing the lady said was "I need to collect payment." Probably not the best thing to start with. We called a few days after our first appointment, because my son was having a bad side effect. The ofc lady took a message and said she would get back to us. We had to call again 24 hours later and leave a message. She finally called back 36hrs later with a response. That is way way too long to wait for an answer when you are in panic mode with your child. After that interaction, she never answered my calls again. I always had to leave a message and wait at least 24 hours do her to have the dr call. One time, she never called back and I had to call emergency number to get thru to NP. From then on, she wouldn't speak to me when we would come to ofc except asking for payment. You can't have a passive aggressive person who stonewalls people at a psychiatric office. We are now driving across town to another provider just so I never have to go back to this office again.
