Don't use their pickup grocery service!!! I ordered items for a party I am having and thought this would save me time. I signed up for this service, placed the order, and received a confirmation. The amount was also debited from my account. This was three days ago. I requested pick-up today (Saturday) when I placed the order. I woke up early so I could get to the store when I received the email from them telling me my order was ready. This would allow me to pick up my groceries and get home to start preparing this morning. Lo and behold I had an email sent from them this morning telling me that my order was cancelled because they stated it was fraud. I checked my account and they showed an ATM credit for the amount of the debit that they charged me but now I have to take the time to go through and get all of the groceries for the party, which is now putting me behind. If they thought it was fraud why didn't they call me after the email was sent with the confirmation? Not even an email or call before this morning. This is ridiculous and I will never use the service again. Beware don't let this happen to you. Thanks a lot Walmart!!
In follow up I just got back from the Cheyenne Walmart store. I talk to the manager and the store clerks and told them about my experience. They were very apologetic and explained that the orders come in from their head office and they have no control over them. They all felt really bad and were extremely nice. I'm leaving the one-star because the grocery pick-up experience was awful but the store itself - very nice people.
