| - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This store cares only about your money, NOT your satisfaction. No exchanges, no matter if you have tags still attached and WITHIN 2 weeks (without a LOT of begging, pleading, etc.). Very rude, very demeaning, and ultimately they couldn't care less about YOU, the customer. Once they have your money and have made the sale, you have zero significance to them. With SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS, I'm not sure how they can stay in business, treating people this way. I hope people do not "stroke the ego" of this store by buying anything because they definitely don't care about the people who shop there. I will happily shop elsewhere (Nordstrom, for example, with the BEST customer service) from now on. Totally disappointed.
