rev:text	My experience with Reachlocal was the worst marketing decision I ever made. I signed a contract for a 4 month adwords campaign for 3 of my businesses. I've worked with other companies over the years but reachlocal was by far the worst experience and investment. Right from the beginning things didn't go as promised but I tried to be positive and patient because I really wanted it to work. Unfortunately for me, I was bound to their contract. The campaigns never performed well, the calls that came in were low quality, the ad positions were average 4 which you can't expect to get much from it. Every time I talked to my sales rep he would argue with me that the results were great. When the contract ended reachlocal then proceeded to over charge me $1,500 which I've been fighting to get back for over a month!! As a business owner this was a waste of my time, investment and loss of business and money. I wish I had done my research before signing their contract and believing their bs promises. If you check their BBB you'll find a lot of unhappy customers just like me! Beware and I hope you don't make the same mistake I made wasting thousands of dollars and headaches. Now on top of it all I have to keep fighting for my refund, a "mistake" they made.
