  • Had to interrupt my meal to write this. Was not expecting this to be so good. The beef special Pho is perfect. Noodles are plenty and good generous with the meats. Tripe is cooked just right. The flank is nice and tender and the meatballs are dense and tasty [and yes I'm talking about the food food]. Not a destination, since it's in a strip mall in Gilbert AZ but if you happen to be here or near give it a shot. It's worth it.
