We called Sims Business Systems for a problem we were having on a copier. The tech came out, the next day to our office. He was quick to identify the problem and provide the fixes needed. But this is only part of the story. One of our employees was having some difficulty understanding the use of a recently purchased (from Sims) Samsung Multi-Function Printer. When the tech completed the servicing on the copiers, he made sure to check in on the employee and spent some time educating her on the use of the printer. This wasn't his job. He didn't need to do this. But it seems that this is a big part of why this company is so successful in dealing with their customers. They go out of their way to insure that their customer is satisfied with their products and their customer service. I only wish I remembered the name of the tech, cause I would mention him by name but I do thank him and appreciate the service!
