  • I do not recommend this salon at all. I HAD been going there for three years to the same stylist. I have thin hair so finding a good stylist is hard and once I find one I stick with them. I was with my last stylist for 13 years until we had to relocate to Ohio. Last week I called to make an appointment and was informed my stylist was no longer there so I asked if there were any other stylists who were good with thin hair. They said there was so I scheduled an appointment for today. I show up 15 minutes early for my appointment with my infant son and it turns out whoever they have scheduling their appointments can't get their weeks straight so my appointment was in their book for next week. So not only is my stylist not there and I was not informed when she left, now they screw up the scheduling. I have two young sons so scheduling a hair cut is difficult at best and this appointment time was carefully chosen to meet the needs of my family. I stated that did not work as my time is valuable and the appointment time was chosen for a specific reason. I stated I would just have to go to another salon as this scheduling issue has happened before and now with not being informed my regular stylist left it was getting ridiculous. The staff members did not seem to care they would be losing a client and said very non nonchalantly "Ok, well have a nice weekend." Not once were the words "sorry" or "apologize" used. Good to know your clients are not that important to you. Business must be booming to show that little concern over losing a long time client.
