We had an excellent sales experience at Toyota of Surprise. Ron Carter, our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, but never ever pushed us. The manager did NOT come out and greet us and then try to talk us into something. As a matter of fact, Ron went to him (we said we weren't going to buy that day but Ron asked if he could at least bring us a price and we said OK) and came back with an excellent offer (no fooling around with just $10 off the sticker price!) and we were so pleased with the way Ron and the manager handled it, with no pressure to us, that we bought the car. Scot, who did the paperwork, was equally helpful without pushing and without changing the figures (so many dealerships change the final figure and if you don't notice it, too bad). This is the way it SHOULD be when buying a car but, prior to this, never was.
