  • Purolator is the slowest most inconvenient courier in the business. If they were in any other country they would be out of business. The scam is they say they attempted a delivery to buy more time. They will tell you that the label was damaged/ torn/ or missing part of the street address. i.e. way or cove. they only notice this after putting it on the truck. How you can decide what truck when you do not know where in the city it's going is a good one. They also tell you that they do not use postal codes to find a place. ? They will tell you can come to the sorting office and pick it up.
