  • I came here because of the good reviews. They seem to have an ok selection and the guy working was nice. But was seriously lacking in customer service. I asked for a specific tip, was given a box to dig through. I asked to try a flavor listed on the wall. I was told if they had it, it would be on the table he pointed to. All flavors are numbered and labeled, but when I asked for a menu, he told me there wasn't one, to just look through... I was the only person in the store. The mouthpiece covers are in an open jar, the point of these is to protect from germs, not helpful when hands touch a bunch digging out one. I asked him to tell me about the ingredients and got a blank stare. I got only yes or no's to my specific questions. That didn't make me feel confident he really knew about their ingredients. Some small changes could make a huge difference but doubt I'll be back
