  • The best time to come is early in the morning or 2 hrs before they close. I'm not a fan of waiting for a machine so that's why I am a fan of those hours. There are a variety of classes. I happen to enjoy yoga, kettlebell, and spinning. The reason I'm rating the gym 3 starts is because of the front desk staff. They are the face of the organization. When you're working in a public service field, all non-work related issues shall be left at the door. There's no reason for attitude, vulgarity, or disrespect. Some of the newer workers are not pleasant. I'm not sure what happened to some of the workers I saw regularly but the front desk issue should be addressed. Otherwise this gym is one of my favorite locations to exercise at. Hope to see some new faces on the gym!
