  • This hotel is terrible. The front desk people are rude. The concierge is useless. We had to beg housekeeping for more shampoo, etc. They nickeled and dimed us to death. IN ADDITION TO THE RESORT FEE, we were charged for using a locker and taking a shower in the fitness room. REALLY?? There was no automatic connection to the internet in my room and I had to call EVERY DAY for them to connect it manually. I could go on and on. Never again Paris. You suck.
