  • Have you fought with your husband over paint colors, only to pick a color that ends up looking absolutely disgusting on your wall (but you're too lazy to repaint)? Bought furniture that gets trashed because the fabric turned out to be not so pet-friendly? Bought and returned items so many times that stores have you on a "watch list"? If you're guilty of any of these offenses, as I was, do yourself a favor and consider hiring an interior designer. Some folks think that hiring an interior designer is an extravagant expense, but hiring Suzanne has saved us a lot of time and money in second-guessing and redecorating every room in our home. Suzanne is the real deal! My husband and I had some not so great experiences in working with folks who claimed to be "interior designers" that ended up having no professional training. We were most impressed witih her portfolio that exemplified her ability to work with clients with various tastes. We were moving into a new home that had a lot of potential, but did not reflect our personal taste. We were also expecting our first child, and wanted a designer who understood the importance of our home being kid and pet-friendly. She moved swiftly in proposing design ideas that were right up our alley. She was skilled at managing our project from design to implementation. We had a tight time frame to remodel, and she worked her magic in pulling together amazing craftsmen and contractors to move us into our new home just in time and within our budget. Thanks to Suzanne, we are living in a beautiful home that we can't wait to start our family in.
