AVOID. For the past 2 months i have had a terrible experience dealing with this company. my refrigerator is under warranty through home depot who directed me to get in contact with New Life. since then they have cancelled appointments with me without warning, I was told parts are being ordered multiple times, and yet my ice maker still makes no ice. If it wasn't for the fact that it is under warranty I would seek other options to repair my refrigerator. Alas i am stuck dealing with a grotesquely unprofessional company that makes no effort to service its customers. again, please avoid using this company if you can
