  • I had been going to this nail salon for almost a year and had, had a few minor nail flaws, such as breakage and nail lifting, I even experienced a fungus growing under my nails and to top it off they get so busy and everytime I've always felt rushed and noticed it on my nails, which honestly I could look past, but their customer service had became more and more horrible with every visit. I started hearing some of the nail techs talking down upon their other employees and even customers like referring to some clients in very degrading terms, which made me think if they were talking about everyone else I could only imagine what they say when I leave. Jenni is beyond rude and talks bad about everyone, including her employees and had even expressed how much she hated done of them, which to me is very unprofessional! I stopped going to them thinking it might just be me, but I later on found out several other people felt the same way and they too stopped going there. So my point is, is yes they do cute nail designs, but it's not worth it having to have the people your paying treat you like crap and talk bad about you behind your back!
