  • Very bad customer service. Older gentleman didn't give requested quote because I declined to have company measure rooms of my home. I had measurements of my own and he had a field day explaining why other companies were so terrible. Just for your sanity, I'd go elsewhere. Very demeaning! If I could give 0 stars I would.
