I called to ask basic questions such as what services they offered, insurance coverage etc. The receptionist was very polite and was willing to help and answered all my questions. When it came down to actually schedule the appointment, per policy they required a card number on the account to because they charged $20 to hold the appointment. If for whatever reason I needed to cancel it was required to notify them 48hrs in advanced or else they would then use that card and withdraw the full amount of $180. I didn't schedule or see them. It just didn't sit well with me that they would need a card number to schedule an appointment.
