  • Check in is done from a tablet. Then a person at a window calls you to the front to verify information. Got here ten minutes early; because a year ago; I was seen at their Mesa, AZ. Location. So they already had my information in the system. My appointment was at 11:30am and it's now 12:20pm; and I'm still sitting in the lobby waiting to see the doctor. It wasn't this way, at the Mesa location. Highly disappointed thus far.
