rev:text	Last month my AC unit died without warning. Sterling stepped up when my previous company couldn't. Bill came out right away and did an inspection. Due to my unit's age, and the cost and unavailability of replacement parts, I requested a new system. Mike got me set up on short notice, and the installation team came out during bad weather and did a great job. Sterling's responsiveness was a huge deal to me, as my wife was due with our baby when the AC died. I was busy taking care of my wife and toddler while living in a hotel and sorting out my AC options. We were able to bring the baby home to a nice, cool house thanks to the wonderful folks at Sterling.
