Disclaimer: this is only for the poke bowls- there were some other tasty looking cooked bowls, eg Taiwanese minced pork or Chinese pork bbq bowl, that have potential.
Food: stopped here for poke bowls. Underwhelmed unfortunately by the flavors of the fish and toppings. Positive thing is the portion size.
Spicy salmon poke: some variation of hot sauce that was semi spicy and really no flavor other than that.
Salmon poke: was fresh and good cuts.
Seaweed salad topping: way too salty
Edamame, cucumbers: fresh
Onion crisps: hard bits, not crispy
Seaweed salad sesame topping: good
Space: this is in a food court within the Venetian and Palazzo complex. Plenty of seating nearby.
Service: fast and professional.
Price: overpriced for the quality of food but to be expected on the Strip.
Skip the spicy salmon poke. Try something else on the menu.
