  • SUNRISE SUCKS !!! THE NURSE'S ARE HORRIBLE !! I'm just getting around to writing this review because I have been dealing with the traumatizing accident that my daughter had on June 26th.. Sunrise Hospital sucks!! The ambulance took my daughter and my grandkids in the night of the 26th because of a car accident she had, her car rolled over 3 times and it landed upside down so of course I thought I lost them but thank God they're still here so after being traumatized from seeing the tragic accident that my grandkids and daughter had just went through it got worse when I got to the hospital.. The staff was extremely extremely rude every nurse that I came in contact with was horrible comma mean and rude.. Not something you want to deal with when your daughter and grandkids were in such a tragic accident.. an hour passed more people came to the hospital family of course I went from my grandkids room to my daughter's room while someone stayed with my grandkids I told the guy at the front there was 4 of us going back and he let us through the door when we got to the back I simply needed to get information from my daughter so I could leave and take my grandkids home another nurse that I had not seen before came in and started yelling about four people being in the room instead of asking us nicely for us to leave she went to get for security guards which was completely unnecessary because we did nothing wrong.. At this point I'm realizing that it's a race issue.. I am a white woman with mixed children and there were several black people with me so I noticed she kicked all of us out,she did not even let one of us stay in the room,but yet the people next to us we're allowed to have 3 people in the room and they were white.. I brought this to the security guard out front and I brought this to the guy at the front desk and they did nothing about it...they would not let anyone go back in my daughter's room she had to stay by herself but yet they were sure quick to grab my insurance cards.. Sunrise sucks !! We will never ever ever ever go back !!
