  • Chang's has always been one of my favorites but lately it seems like their food is going down hill. We ordered my regular, Garlic Noodles and they were very salty. Main dish was the Chang's Spicy chicken. The dish was extremely spicy hot, never had a bad serving of that before. Our server was mediocre, nothing to write home about.
