Kobe style Wagyu burgers on homemade brioche buns. That's the starting point for this edge-of-Phoenician burger bistro. I had the Bourbon Peppercorn and it leaves just the right amount of pepper heat on your tongue. Great topping mix with caramelized onions and blue cheese. At $20 a burger has to stand out and this one delivered. Nice, simple menu selection - not too busy but something for everyone. I didn't try it but next time I might have to add the Adult Chocolate Shake with Van Gogh Chocolates Vodka and Godiva Chocolate Liqueur.
