| - I would like to start this review by saying I was one of those super active girls most of my life, and in the past 7 or so years I've fluctuated a lot in weight, mostly because of injuries, and finding a workout that I didn't absolutely loathe going to was difficult.
I first found out about B3 by going to a yelp event, all the way back in March or April, and I thought I was going to die the whole class. The instructor was this strong, balanced goddess with sculpted shoulders and she wasn't even showing signs of weakness while I broke down and felt sweat in places I didn't even know I could sweat (that instructor was Samantha B. just FYI she is amazing). After this class I couldn't walk for a week. Trying to stand up and sit down was awful and I told myself "maybe this isn't for me" even though I loved how I felt immediately following the class.
Fast forward a couple months, I went to barre in the park, and then another event they had. I realized that I liked the community, and the focus all the women in the room had when working out, I loved it so much I signed up to be a member! I now go at least three times a week and I've never been with an instructor who isn't supportive and helps me modify things if I'm struggling. The workout you get IS amazing, but... the community overall makes you want to come back. It's the perfect balance for a workout and getting to the studio is the hardest part, but trust in B3 once you're there! The workout goes by so fast, and when you don't do it, you miss it!
Love all the B3 gals at both locations.
