  • I've shopped here since 2007 and have never had a problem here ever. I've loved the pharmacy Dept with Monty, Eric and Jennifer and they are hands down outstanding but since all the staff changes over the last year or so this store has become horrible. I dread going my usual couple of times a week. Dealing with Matt the store manager is very upsetting because he makes it very clear he has no time to correct their wrongs, can't be bothered, is always in a hurry and makes you feel like a crazy person when you complain. Lately, I've been over charged, charged for something they never put in my bag.....a couple of times, and have dealt with some very staunch and uptight cashiers. Sherry and the shorter lady with fun cranberry colored hair up front are great but that's about it. Every visit lately, there is a problem. I'm forced to start shopping elsewhere which is inconvenient but It's just not worth the frustration any longer. Until there are some staff changes I will no longer be shopping for my groceries here. I feel bad for all the senior citizens who have probably not realized the same mistakes. They are on a tighter budget then I am. Shame on you Frys!!!!
