| - The foods can vary a lot in quality, unfortunately.
I had gone a couple weeks ago and gotten the Haiku roll due to the high praise, to see that the crabstick inside of it had a smokey/bitter taste to it that was very unpleasant. Additionally, the tempura shrimp resembled more of a boiled shrimp. It definitely was fried, but lacked any tempura batter or anything, making it to be kind of a waste of space inside the roll, which I really hate to say.
Additionally, the spicy chicken was extremely mushy and the outer coating would thus fall off the chicken.
However, the lobster roll is definitely the best. I would highly recommend it, despite the enormous price tag on it.
Overall, this restaurant uses a lot of rice in their sushi, which I do not mind! It allows the rolls to be of a greater size.
