| - I love a nice, leisurely brunch, and this place was pretty solid.
- The pretzel starter was bigger than I expected- soft, warm, salty, just a hint of sweetness with spicy mustard and warm cheese for dipping.
- My shrimp and crab salad was delish- light, refreshing, generous portion of crab meat.
- They have a few different bloody mary options- the chipotle version was ok, but the horseradish and yellow tomato even better.
- Candy bar dessert was super rich. Dense caramel topped with a few nuts and covered with thick chocolate, sprinkled with salt. It really did taste like a candy bar, but one bite was enough for me.
- Iced coffee was fine, but took forever to arrive and not worth $5.
Our server was friendly, but seemed to forget about things- like bringing a requested wine list or picking up or delivering the coffee orders, but honestly not a big deal since I'd prefer this over being rushed through brunch. Recommend, especially if the weather is nice enough to sit outside.
