  • UPDATE: The owner Randy got in contact with me after I reached out to Nissan Corporate about my situation. He has resolved to make things right and I am satisfied with the outcome. Since I financed through them, I will be keeping a close eye on my monthly payments; however, I suspect everything will be fine from this point on. Thank you Randy and Nissan Corporate for being the only helpful people in this whole ordeal. Original: This place is AWFUL! I created an account on here just to share my experience with everyone and hopefully prevent others from going through what I did. I found a 2010 Honda Civic LX that was a trade in to their lot. I met with Brad the salesman there. I decided to finance the vehicle through them on Monday. I took it to a mechanic to get it checked out and THANK GOD I did! Turns out, Nissan couldn't be bothered to check the brakes of the cars they sell (whether it be a trade in or one they sell). My brake pads were worn down to the rotors under the 3mm legal in the state of Arizona to sell a car. Basically, Nissan sold me a lemon. I called Brad regarding the situation, and when I hung up, his phone mistakenly called me back. Must have been in his pocket, because I heard his whole conversation with Andre, who is another salesperson there (the same one singing at the top of his lungs during a sales pitch by Brad- completely unprofessional). Brad told Andre, "I think people are coming in during the summer because their cars are dying. They come in with $200 and expect to finance a $20,000 car. Those are bottom-feeders." He also mentioned how they sold a car earlier that the door only opens from one side. They tried to offer me free services to smooth things over when I showed them my old brakes and rotors. I wouldn't trust them to change my oil! If you wanted to be thought of and treated like a "bottom-feeder", by all means, visit this location. Otherwise, I would avoid at all cost! Note to salespeople: Make sure you lock your phones so they don't accidentally call customers back. They might hear some "choice" admissions from you!
