  • I recently came to American West to check out some new model homes that my girlfriend and I have been interested in purchasing. It was our first time buying so we were very nervous stepping into American West. We decided to check out Jones Crossing because it was more of our budget. We talked to the agent Ping there. She was very helpful and gave us all the information that we needed. Although it was our first time and we didn't have the loan process figured out yet, Ping was very patient in helping us figure it out and answered every questions that we've had. If you are looking to purchase new homes I would definitely recommend Ping she is very knowledgeable of the area and will make you feel very comfortable asking her questions.
