  • I went to this location for an oil change and to have other items checked. Upon arrival I was greeted by Joe in the service department. He was very welcoming and willing to listen to all my concerns. He did not make me feel rushed. Once my vehicle was finished he came personally to the waiting room to give me the updates and walk me to the cashier. He explained that I needed a new battery which was causing the car to act up in the ways I'd explained concerned me. He quoted the battery price and told me about the warranty. My vehicle was washed. Joe practically walked me back out to my car when he noticed I didn't know where they had parked it. I haven't interacted with the sales team so I cannot base my rating on their performance. My rating is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT and the quality of service they gave me during my visit.
