  • Very disappointed in their service and would not refer or recommend to anyone. In fact, I would encourage any out of state owners to think very hard before signing a deal with this company.The only value that they provide is to collect rent and deposit in your account. I received nothing but complaints from my tenants.... It is very important to trust the company managing your property when you are not local. I did not trust them and have caught them many times being dishonest. Do your research and choose wisely! Failing to do so will result in endless headaches of dealing with a property that you are supposedly paying someone else to manage!
